The Human Body is Aerobic The organisms that use oxygen in the breathing process and respiration are aerobic whereas organisms  that do not use oxygen are anaerobic. The human body is aerobic, and so requires oxygen to generate energy. This process is called – Aerobic Respiration. The Element of Air Air is one of five basic elements of life viz. Air, Water, Earth, Fire & Sky. As I discussed in my article “The Human Body : Five Basic Elements” in my another website, www.healthwithoutmedicines.com , the human body as well as the universe is composed of all these five elements.
